Newcomer Vincent Liu wins 1st Place! November 6, 2009 Friday Tournament.

Congratulations to Vincent Liu for winning first place in our 51st tournament! Vincent joined the USCF and the Panda Chess Academy about two months ago. He already has a first place victory! For the crosstable click here.
